摘要:Tubes arrangement aligned horizontally is main type for ice-on-tube ice storage tank. The arrangement rationality is general requirement in equipment designation. The understanding for characteristics of ice formation around tubes is helpful for optimizating design. This paper studied experimentally the behavior of ice formation around the tubes under the arrangement of nine tubes aligned horizontally in a rectangular container, and the interaction among the tubes. The results shows that the beginning of water freezing aroung middle tubes is late than other tubes due to be affteced by induced natural convection when the initial water temperature in test section is high. The developing of ice layer around middle tube is superior than around upper and lower tube by comparing the volume of ice formed around the central row tubes. If the water freezing around all tubes oucurs simutaneously after beginging of cooling storage process, the non-dimentional temperature could be taken as a property to estimate the increasing rate of ice formation around tubes. The smaller the non-dimentional temperature is, the quicker the ice layer increases around the tubes.
摘要:This papers analyses the factors affecting the diffuser design in a stratified chilled-water storage tank,and the diffuser is one of most important factors.So introduces the design principles and basic assumptions of diffuser.The diffuser was designed on an example and taken experiments on a laboratorial stratified chilled-water storage tank in 110 minutes.By testing the diffuser,the stratfied chilled-water storage tank can work efficiently and economically with the requirement of the chiller's design characteristics.
摘要:This paper adopts numerical method to predict the frost accumulation quantity and frost density of the plate fin and tube heat exchanger.The course of frosting on fins is simplified to a quasi stable problem for convenience.In every time step the process is considered to be stable and the obtained data,the frost thickness and the temperature of the frost surface are used the boundary conditions in the next time step.In the study,the disease of airflow rate caused by frost layer is taken into account.The calculated results are conformed to the experimental results very well.
摘要:An experimental study on the performance of freeze-dryer's cold trap has been carried out under different temperature of the cold trap coil and different frost thickness in the paper. Research results reveal that the capture efficiency of cold trap increases with the decrease of the temperature of cold trap coil, and the overall heat transfer coefficient of the cold trap decreases with the increase of frost accumulation on the surface of the cold trap coil. A theoretical analysis on the convection heat transfer in the cold trap shows that the convection heat transfer decreases with the increase of the degree of vacuum, and the convective heat transfer needn't to be considered when the fluid in the cold trap is in the state of free-molecule flow.
摘要:To calculate thermodynamic properties of ternary refrigerant mixtures,the binary interaction parameter of the NRTL excess Gibbs free-energy model for ten groups of HFC (hydrofluorocarbon) refrigerant mixtures were correlated by the vapor liquid equilibrium experimental data with the P-R equation of state and the Huron-Vidal original mixture rules in the study. At the same time,the vapor-liquid equilibrium of ternary refrigerant mixtures of R32/R125/R134a and R125/R143a/R134a has been predicted with determined interaction parameters.Calculated results showed a good agreement with the experimental data,especially the average deviations of bubble point pressure were less than 0.42%.At last,the characteristics of the refrigeration cycle with R32/R125 and R407c are analyzed and discussed.

Practice proved that it solves the existed technical problems such as refrigerant permeation, damage by frozen, stress fatigue, etc. while holding the advantages of common ones. New technologies make Semi-welded plate heat exchangers modulize and be widely used by refrigeration application. The optimization software ensures the investment be the lowest in whole system.
摘要:Cylinder Profile is one of the key factors influencing the performance of rotary vane compressor used for automobile air conditioning system. A new type of cylinder profile is put forward in the paper, which is composed of three parts: circle arc near the minor axis of cylinder profile, main curve and transit curve between them. Volume ratio of the compressor, motion of vane, forces and moments acting on the rotor are studied with some typical cylinder profiles. It is shown that the profile composed of trigonometric function has better velocity and acceleration characteristics than other profiles mentioned in the paper. Stress under impact and noise pollution of the compressor could be reduced effectively by optimization design of the transit curve. Cylinder profile has little influence on shaft power of rotary vane compressor.
摘要:In the paper, application of hydrocarbons as alternatives in Refrigeration and air conditioning system is analyzed. At the same time, it's environmental protection, safety, pertinent standards, cycle characteristics, heat transfer characteristics and the states of refrigeration devices which had been used are all discussed. The result showed that hydrocarbons have excellent thermal properties and better GWP, and can be used widely in the field of refrigeration under taking necessary measures to keep away it's flammability.
摘要:Used the models of compressor, condenser, evaporator and capillary to compute and study the performance of the inverter air-conditioner system that uses a capillary as the expansion device when the compressor runs at a certain frequency. Then from the trends of refrigeration capacity, COP and refrigerant mass flow rate etc. that changed with the compressor's frequency, a conclusion that which frequency scope the capillary can adapt to is drawn.
摘要:This paper gives a review of the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of supercritical carbon dioxide in-tube flow.Some published correlations for heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop during in-tube cooling are collected.The accuracy of the correlations are discussed through comparing the calculation results with the experimental data.The shortages of current researches are pointed out.
摘要:Deterioration degree of PVE Lubricants was investigared by analyzing used oils after various compressor and system tests with HFC refrigerants. As a result,deterioration of PVE itself was not observed and long term reliability was confirmed. Furthermore,autoclave tests with water and air were performed to determine the reliability limit of PVE in comparison with mineral oil and polyolester. Through these studies, it was conrirmed that PVE with HFC refrigerant has enough tolerance to air or watre contamination to secure long term reliability.
摘要:Based on literature reviewing and experiment studying, the features of various lubricants for HFCs refrigerants are explained and their faults are analyzed. It is pointed out that the faults can be compensated by suitable additives. The mechanism of various additives is studied and experiments are carried out to test the function of polarized lubricant additive PROA. Test results indicate that PROA can better system lubricity and prolong the longevity of compressors.
