摘要:The research on the supercooling of water is important in the fields of ice storage and cryobiology.The pressure fluctuation brought by the ultrasound will influence the supercooling and nucleation process of water.In this study experiments are carried out to investigate the supercooling of water under 800KHz ultrasound.It is found that the ultrasound can markedly decrease the supercooling degree of water.This effect is thought to be related with cavitation.
摘要:Experimental study is reported for heat transfer in forced convective boiling of a nonazeotropic mixture of R32/R134a (25%Wt/75%Wt) inside both smooth and microfin tubes with internal spiral grooves. The experimental results show that the microfin tubes have distinct performance advantages over the smooth tube at similar conditions. Considerating the interaction effects among nucleation sites, secondary flow and capillary promotion, this paper describes the enhanced mechanism for the microfin tubes, and the circumferential wall temperature variation of R32/R134a in the annular flow regime was observed and analyzed for both smooth and microfin tubes, which caused by the composition concentration variation, gravity and secondary flow.
摘要:The parabolic reflector of the G-type radiant cooler is one of the most important refrigeration parts, and the key point of calculating its exchange factors to other parts by the Monte Carlo method is to simulate the location and direction of radiant packets correctly. This research found new methods to confirm the location and direction of energy packets on the curved surface during calculating exchange factors of the parabolic reflector of the G-type radiant cooler. By expanding the curved surface and screening out first simulating radiant packets, valid radiant packets filter through the boundary of the parabolic reflector and are able to confirm the location correctly. By exchanging tangent plane coordinate system to original coordinate system, the direction of radiant packets is confirmed by radiant packets generated from tangent plane of the parabolic reflector. Depending on new methods, exchange factors of the parabolic reflector to other surfaces are calculated by the Monte Carlo method and results are analyzed too.
摘要:In order to decrease the unit metal cost,reduce volume,improve the heat and mass transfer performance of chiller,a whole-plate-fin compact LiBr absorption chiller has been built up,which adopts patent technology of our lab.This paper introduces the design ideas,structure and heat transfer performance of the chiller,the whole-plate-fin chiller is compared with the tube-shell absorption one.
摘要:Room temperature magnetic refrigeration is a new refrigeration technology,which is highly efficient and environment-safe.It shows a great applicable prosperity and seems to be a substitute for the traditional vapor compression technology.In this paper,the theory of magnetocaloric effect is illustrated.The development of the magnetic material,magnetic refrigeration cycles,the regenerator and the typical magnetic refrigeratorw are introduced.Finally this paper presents future perspectives on the room temperature magnetic refrigeration.
摘要:In this paper, recent developments of experiments and models of condensation heat transfer of refrigerant mixture inside horizontal smooth and enhanced tubes are reviewed. The applicability and accuracy of correlations of condensation heat transfer for refrigerant mixture are discussed. The existing shortages of current researches are pointed out,and suggestions for further researches in this field are presented.
摘要:Suitable water temperatures entering and leaving the supercooler are crucial for higher COP and effectively used energy in a given super cooling type ice-making system. There are three ways to raise the water temperature entering the supercooler: (1) by a special heater; (2) by the environment; (3) using the returning water in the air conditioning system.. The variation of the effectively used energy and COP according to the water temperatures entering and leaving the supercooler was achieved and suitable temperatures were chosen.

摘要:The CN-01,produced in Nanhai Guangdong,is a new kind of power-saving and environment-friendly refrigerant whose ODP value and GWP value both are 0.It has been applied on all kinds of automotive air-conditions and refrigerators.It can be injected directly into the R12 system,R134 a system or R600 a system and work normally even refrigerate more rapidly,without altering the structure and changing lubricating oil.If special compressor for R600 a will be used on the R12 system with CN-01,more power can be saved obviously.We have developed some methods of multi-ply forecasting and protecting in order to insure the security of using CN-01 that is combustible.
