Article Processing Charge

1. Charging Standard

" Journal of Refrigeration " charges article processing charge (APC) of 400 RMB per page for papers (generally not exceeding RMB 10,000) that have been reviewed and approved for publication . Based on the number of pages in the latest version of the Word file submitted by the author, please make sure to submit according to the Manuscript Format Requirements (2024) in Journal of Refrigeration, otherwise there may be discrepancies with the actual layout.

Explanation of special circumstances (calculated in natural years):

1) Authors who have been hired for multiple articles this year (only those with first and second authorship are counted) shall pay 50% APC for the second or more articles.

2) This year, one article submitted and accepted by the editorial board and young editorial board (limited to the editorial board as the first or second author, and generally not exceeding 12 pages of the main text) is exempt from APC. When hiring two or more articles, refer to Article 1) for recalculation (i.e.: the second article is not free, and 50% APC will be charged starting from the third article).

3) Specially invited manuscripts (non conference recommended papers) can be exempted from page fees and the manuscript fees will be distributed; Other articles that are exempt from APC will no longer receive manuscript fees.

2. Payment Standard

The editorial department will pay the author 20% of the APC for the manuscript fees, which will be distributed based on the author's registered information in the submission system.

4. Payment Time

Please pay the APC within 20 days after receiving the layout fee payment notice.
