Copyright Announcement

In according to Copyright-Law-of-the-People's-Republic-of-China, Journal of Refrigeration and authors have reached the agreement on the copyright transfer as follows:

1. After an article has been accepted by Journal of Refrigeration, the author agrees to automatically transfer the copyright of the paper to Journal of Refrigeration Magzines Agency Co., Ltd. Including the non exclusive right to use the entire paper worldwide: assembly rights, distribution rights, reproduction rights, translation rights, information network dissemination rights, as well as the transfer and licensing rights of the aforementioned rights. The journal is used in a manner that does not violate the current or future copyright laws of the People's Republic of China.

2. The copyright royalties of the article and the journal’s manuscript remuneration shall be made as a one-time payment to the authors after the publication of the paper in the Journal of Refrigeration. And special commissioned articles that are completely or partially exempt from publication fees will be considered as paid remuneration

3. Journal of Refrigeration has been included in the database of China Science Citation Database (CSCD), Chinese Academic Journals (CD version), CNKI, Wanfang Data, et al. If the authors do not consent to the electronic dissemination of the article, a statement must be enclosed with the manuscript submission, otherwise they will be deemed to have agreed to electronic publication.

4. After publication of the article, the authors shall own the right of signature. Any author who wants to use or share the published article must obey the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial 4.0 International (CC-BY-NC 4.0) license.

5. This agreement should to be signed by all authors. Effective from the date of signature. After signing the agreement, the electronic version of the agreement needs to be sent to the journal's email address editor@car.org.cn or upload to the submission system. If the submitted paper is not accepted or withdrawn after publication, this agreement will automatically become invalid.

6. Any disputes arising from the performance of this agreement by both parties shall be resolved through consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the journal.
