Influence of Condensation Copper Tube Arrangement on the Heat Transfer Performance for Hot-wall Refrigerator
Experiments are carried out separately under horizontal condensation tube arrangement and vertical condensation tube arrangement to examine energy efficiency ratio of hot-wall refrigerator. Theoretical calculations are made to analyze in-tube condensation heat transfer coefficients of horizontal and vertical tubes under the experimental conditions. The results show that: although the theoretical calculations of the in-tube condensation heat transfer coefficients of horizontal tubes are much higher than that of vertical tubes
but the experiment results indicate that there is a smaller difference on the whole heat transfer performance. Generally speaking
the energy efficiency ratio of horizontal tube arrangement is just about 2% higher
the outside air’s heat resistance plays a main role in hot-wall condenser
and the in-tube heat exchange difference caused by two tube arrangements has a small effect on the general heat transfer performance for hot-wall refrigerator.
