An Ice storage refrigeration system is proposed for application in coal mine rescue capsule. Performance test of the refrigeration system is developed in the reality survival condition. The temperature change curves are acquired for the different positions in the rescue capsule. The result shows that the refrigeration system works reliably with good performance

and the refrigeration system is able to provide a comfortable living environment. This paper provides a reference for subsequent research on the coal mine rescue capsule.
