Investigation on Performance Evaluation Indices for Quick- freezers
摘要
对速冻装置的性能评价指标进行了评述
指出COP、冻结速率和单位质量冻品的能耗分别从产冷和用冷两个不同的侧面说明了速冻装置的性能
每个指标都不能全面反映速冻装置的综合性能.通过综合分析气流组织及速冻装置的整体性能
提出了速冻装置的能量利用率、气流组织效率和气流组织均匀性系数三个新的评价指标
并运用以上几个性能指标进行了实例计算.通过指标分析得出
速冻装置应以提高气流组织效率为主要技术问题
同时利用指标分析可确定速冻装置存在的问题
并且可对各种形式的速冻装置进行比较评价.
Abstract
The performance evaluation indices of quick-freezers were discussed. The analysis shows that there is a limitation in evaluating the performance for quick-freezing installation using COP
frozen velocity
and the energy consuming of frozen-food per mass quality. Based on the analysis of the air flow organization and the total performance in the freezer
three new items namely energy utilization efficiency
efficiency of airflow organization
and uniform coefficient of air flow organization were proposed to compare the performance for quick-freezers. Moreover
the performance indices were applied to analyze the performance and to evaluate and compare different quick-freezers. The results indicate that the improvement of the airflow organization is critical to the higher performance and the problem with the quick-freezers can be detected with these new indices.
