Fibroblast is a crucial kind of cell in the construction of tissue engineered dermal equivalent. The cryopreservation of fibroblast has great significance to the tissue-engineered dermis. The pretreatment processes and three different cryopreservation methods of fibroblast were studied in this study. And the cell viability
the temperature history
and instruments required of these three methods were compared. In addition
the influences of DMSO concentration
and pretreatment time
and temperature on cell viability were also invesgated.
