Development of integrative multi-loop control experiment system for refrigeration and air-conditioning
The refrigeration system is of multi-input and multi-output
in which many operating parameters are related . With the change of environment and indoor heat load
the refrigeration and air-conditioning system almost operate at varying condition. In order to study the actual performance of the system
a frequency adjustment vapor compressor refrigeration and air-conditioning experiment system with integrative multi-loop control is developed
where the air loops between evaporator and condenser are able to simulate the actual work condition
such as variation of environmental temperature
humidity and indoor heat load at any time by adjusting valves in loop. The paper presents design principle
technical parameters
regulating method and data acquisition system. Not only the dynamic relation characteristics among multi- parameters of refrigeration system can be obtained in the experimental system
but also the performance test of single equipment and the comparison among different control methodologies can be carried out. The results provide the experimental basis for dynamic simulation
match among every equipment in the refrigeration cycle and optimize operation control methods.
