摘要

核子器对促进人工造雪的液滴快速成核、结晶、成雪过程具有重要作用。针对室外造雪机用的通用核子器，设计了可视化实验平台，研究了核子器内部气液两相流动过程以及对雾化行为的影响规律。结果表明：核子器内部呈两相环形流动，外部形成了连续的空锥形喷雾场。随着气液压力比（

）的增加，界面扰动波在内部气液两相流动过程中逐渐消失。随着空气核占据更多的空间，液膜厚度逐渐减小且变得均匀稳定，雾化效率和雾化质量均得到显著提升。当

Abstract

Nucleator nozzles play an important role in promoting the rapid nucleation

crystallization

and snow formation of artificial snow droplets. A visual experimental platform was designed to investigate the gas-liquid two-phase flow process inside the nucleator nozzle and its influence on atomization behavior. The results showed the presence of a two-phase annular flow within the nucleator nozzle and a continuous hollow-cone spray field outside the nucleator nozzle. As the gas-liquid pressure ratio (
