轨道交通高大厂房风幕性能的仿真研究

摘要:
本文以西北地区某车辆整备库为例,针对冬季期间使用的热风幕机,使用空气泄漏量、热舒适性和室内温度均匀性指标评价了风幕机的关键设计参数的设计准则,以及设计参数与环境参数的匹配性。仿真结果表明:出风风速从5.4 m/s增至9.3 m/s会使大门处泄漏量增加71.8%;10°~20°的送风角度可比垂直送风降低24.9%的泄漏量;风幕机的出风温度不会显著影响风幕密封性能,但会对厂房内部区域的热舒适性造成显著影响;环境风向和温度对风幕泄露量和厂房内热舒适性的作用可以忽略,但室外风速超过2.6 m/s时热风幕的密封效果会减弱40%以上,此时推荐采用辅助密封措施。

Abstract:
The air leakage rate, thermal comfort index, and temperature homogeneity indicators are used to evaluate the criteria of the key design parameters and the matching of the design and ambient parameters of the air curtain for the hot-air curtain used in winter. The evaluation uses a railway depot in northwestern China as an example. When the air supply velocity increases from 5.4 m/s to 9.3 m/s, the air leakage rate increases by 71.8%. A discharging angle of 10°–20° helps in reducing the leakage rate by 24.9% compared to the 0° discharge angle. While the temperature of the air supply does not affect the air leakage rate, it has a significant impact on the thermal comfort inside the plant. Furthermore, the ambient air direction and temperature have a trivial contribution to thermal comfort and the air leakage rate. Most importantly, the air leakage rate increases by 40% when the ambient velocity is > 2.6 m/s; therefore, measures other than the air curtain should be deployed to reduce air leakage in these regions.
