双螺杆制冷压缩机转子轴向受力实验研究

摘要:
为了提高双螺杆压缩机运行的可靠性,本文针对双螺杆制冷压缩机转子轴向力进行了实验研究。研究了不同运行工况(35℃ /0 ℃、30 ℃ / -15 ℃、40 ℃ / -40 ℃)以及内容积比(26、32、40)下转子轴向力的大小以及变化趋势,使用均压模型以及扇形模型对转子端面轴向力进行了计算,并将计算的端面轴向力与实验数据进行对比。研究结果表明:相比于均压模型,扇形模型的端面轴向力计算结果更为准确,而均压模型适合于内容积比较大的工况范围;内容积比对轴向合力的影响主要集中在对转子端面轴向力,且端面轴向力要大于气体轴向力约50%。

Experiment on Axial Force of Rotors in Twin-screw Refrigeration Compressor

Abstract:
In this study, an experimental study of the axial force on twin-screw compressor rotors was conducted to improve operating reliability. The variations in the axial force under different operating conditions and built-in volume ratios were investigated. Furthermore, the axial force of the end face was also calculated by employing the mean pressure model and sector pressure model and was compared with the experimental results. It was concluded that the sector pressure model is more accurate for predicting the axial force on the rotors in comparison with the mean pressure model. However, the mean pressure model was more accurate under operating conditions with a large built-in volume ratio. Moreover, the built-in volume ratio was found to have a larger influence on the axial force of the rotor end face than that on the rotor helical surface, where the former is approximately 50% larger than the latter.
