在Navier-Stokes方程的基础上,提出一种新的氨水降膜吸收传热模型,通过对降膜过程中的液膜流动特性进行了一维变换,采用Grank-Nicholson方法对降膜特性进行求解,然后根据实验验证了理论模型的仿真结果,实验数据和仿真数据的误差在17%以内,并根据实验数据拟合出了传热系数公式,确定了不同管径下液膜的最大体积流量。

A Heat Transfer Model of Ammonia Horizontal Falling-film Absorption |

Abstract: |
A new heat and mass transfer model was presented on the basis of Navier-Stokes equation. One-dimensional transformation was conducted on the function of liquid film flow in the process of falling-film, and the Grank-Nicholson Method was used to solve falling-film characteristics. The simulation result of theoretical model was validated with the experiment, and its error is within 17%. Heat and mass transfer coefficient formula was fitted based on the experimental data, and the biggest flow volume of liquid film was obtained in different diameters. |
