通过总结国内外高温热泵技术的研究现状及研究成果,提出高温热泵的研究重点是新型环保工质的选择和系统性能效率的提高;通过对一些高温热泵系统方面国内外最新的研究进展及离心式高温热泵机组的发展现状分析,指出高温热泵技术在油田原油加热、化工工艺、污水热回收、海水淡化以及木材食品干燥方面有着广泛的应用前景及良好的节能效果。提出了高温热泵的发展方向及趋势。 |

The Application of High-temperature Heat Pump in Industrial Refrigeration Field |

Abstract: |
Both domestic and international investigations on high-temperature heat pump technology are reviewed in this paper. It is shown that most studies focused on the development of the environment-friendly refrigerant and the system efficiency. The recent development on high-temperature heat pump system and centrifugal heat pump units are introduced. Based on the application in industry, it can be concluded that: the high-temperature heat pump technology can be widely used in oil heating, chemical engineering, sewage heat recovery, sea water desalination and drying , and has good effect in energy saving. Besides, the development direction and trend of the high-temperature heat pump is also discussed in this paper. |
