低温显微镜新冷源系统的实验研究

摘要:
提出一种以氮气为冷源通过微型节流制冷器制冷以满足低温显微镜降温要求的新方案。给出了低温显微镜新冷源系统的原理图。为确定节流管参数(节流管内径及长度)和节流最佳压力进行了相关实验。为确定系统的可行性,进行了系统的温降和冷量以及氮气耗量的测试实验。实验结果表明:节流孔选用内径为0.3mm,长度为10mm的不锈钢管。氮气节流前的最适宜压力为7MPa。该冷源系统的温降和冷量以及氮气消耗均能满足要求。
