R290小型家用空调器的性能匹配研究

摘要:
研究了以自然工质丙烷(R290)替代R22的小型家用空调的性能匹配情况,并分别在KF-26GW,K和高能效机型节能王子KFR-27GW/E上进行了R290替代R22的实验研究,分别进行了最佳充灌量、单双毛细管匹配和R290回热研究。研究表明在合适匹配的情况下R290最佳充灌量为原机R22充灌量的50%左右,其冷量能够达到R22机型的97.2%,能效比最高提高了12.6%,P290回热循环的回热制冷量略有下降。

Abstract:
The performance of small room air conditioners using R290 as a substitute for R22 was studied in this study.Tests were conducted for a KF-26GW/K air conditioner and a high EER KFR-27GW/E air conditioner.The charging quantity,the lengths of single capillary and double capillary,and the performance of regenerative cycle with R290 were investigated,respectively.The test results show that the optimum charging quantity of R290 is about 50% of the original charging quantity of R22,and the refrigeration capacity can reach about 97.2% of the R22 system and the EER can increase by up to 12.6%.In addition,the refrigeration capacity of regenerative cycle with R290 will be little lower than that of the R22 system.
